The care and service a machine receives directly impacts the machine's useful life and how effective it is in your operation. A "Preventative Maintenance (PM) Plan" should be developed and used for each of your machines, including your conveyors! The plan should include a regular schedule for inspection, lubrication, and cleaning. We recommend that you create and maintain a "log sheet" to record the date and results of each machine's PM work. |
